About us

Whether you need a custom-designed research project, a field service company to administer a mail, paper, or web survey or an ongoing measurement of satisfaction, TRG can fill your research need.

Attention to our customer’s specific needs is a high priority at The Research Group.  We are small and flexible enough to offer careful individual attention to every project. The availability of the latest in computer and software technology means more time to focus on helping clients determine their specific research needs, the correct methodology, and the most appropriate data analysis.

Quality improvement is a major focus of TRG. Dr. Mihevc’s years working with top people in health-care improvement (including Eugene Nelson, Paul Batalden, and Don Berwick) influences TRG’s approach to our client’s research needs We understand how to design research to assist you in your quality improvement efforts – from identifying opportunities for improvement to measuring the impact of your improvement efforts.

Equally important, we use continuous quality improvement principles to identify areas for improvement within TRG, implement improvements and test their effectiveness. The results are increased quality with reduced costs. TRG has been able to maintain or reduce costs on annual projects each year since 2000.

Individual attention to customer needs, a quality improvement orientation, and cost control results in satisfied customers.  At TRG, we pride ourselves on long-standing client relationships.
